      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I received a text to check out the new Public Mobile site. Haven’t been here in a long time. Problem is it redirects to telusidentity.telus.com which is my ISP even if I manually enter the web address for Public mobile. My iPad automatically tried to use credentials for Telus. I eventually got locked out of both Telus and Public Mobile. I have now changed my password for Public Mobile and have to use the “send link” option for Telus to log on. What a mess… what’s going on!! Not fun.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for any insight to this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/44375"&gt;@Brent01&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you were on the right page&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Telus owns PM and PM My Account is now hosted on Telus server, that's why you see&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;telusidentity.telus.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You just need to manually enter your PM username (email address used)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your browser has trouble , you can either use a different browser (Chrome or firefox) or try incognito mode&lt;/P&gt;</description>
