When I tried to submit a ticket to get support, I got a 404 error so the bot told me to send a private message. Where should I expect yhe response to my message and how long usually does the response take?

It's weird you are getting an error code for area code 404, as that is the Area code for the city of Atlanta in the USA, an area which public mobile doesn't service. The closest area code to that in Canada is 403, which is for Calgary Alberta.
