Plan change?

I had funds in my account sitting and saw that they upped for 4g network instead of slow 3G… so I added the extra funds and clicked on change plan when renewed (yesterday for renewal today) and it didn’t take?

Maybe you were cutting too close to renewal date? If your plan is currently showing your 'old' plan, try one more time to schedule plan change on next renewal.

Check your CC how much you have been charged. New or old plan?

contact to support team by send a private message CS_Agent to change it,
