    <description>&lt;P&gt;1) sim card was lost for a number we'd like to keep with PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) I have an extra active number (with sim card) I don't really use with PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) I either want to update account #2 with number from #1 OR add Sim card from #2 to account #1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ps. I got my response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you transfer a phone number from one sim to another within the public mobile system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to transfer i get the message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&amp;nbsp;Phone number not eligible for port"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/245387"&gt;@tinemoros&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Are you replacing a lost/defective SIM?&amp;nbsp; Then you need to click the Quick Link (right hand side of account) and select Change SIM option and add the new SIM and PM will need to verify the change by email/text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
