If I update my Plan do I lose my add-ons. For Example: I have 2gbs free from a bonus offer. Would I lose it if I changed my plan?

@aghussey if it is the 2GB free bonus offer from the Christmas , then you got to keep it

But if it is the 2G Bonus from activation, then with a plan change, you will loss it as stated in the original terms

For other add-on you paid for yourself, and rewards like loyalty, Autopay and friends, you will be keeping those

It depends, as far as I know the add-ons should remain with a plan change if you paid for it. As it's a promotional add-on it should also remain.
