Hi I have ordered my SIM 8 days ago but haven't received it yet. Could you please check for me if it's sent or not?

it can take as many as 3 weeks for PM to ship the sim card.

Please open ticket with PM CS Agent for status update, provide them the order #

Usual delivery time for SIM ordered from PM is up to 3 weeks.

@hTideGnow FYI: PM says max 10 business days and if not delivered open a ticket: Get a SIM card (publicmobile.ca). I think it best we follow suit so PM can assess their fulfillment partner. 🤔
