    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated a Public Mobile SIM and got a new phone number (was not ported from another carrier). The phone will make calls but will not receive calls...when I try to call it I get a message "6UT1, the number you have called is not in service". How can I get this resolved. I want to be able to make AND receive calls on this phone! HELP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for both of those suggestions...I've tried them both but still not receiving any incoming calls...outgoing fine. Very strange and frustrating!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
