      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've switched over from Rogers a few weeks ago and just realized I am not receiving calls or texts. &amp;nbsp;Whenever someone calls, the caller gets "The person you are calling is unavailable..." message and does not even go to voicemail. &amp;nbsp;Any assistance regarding getting this resolved?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sylvia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow! Few weeks without communication?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port your Rogers number to PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you call somebody what number do they see? Your 'Rogers' number or something else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/245380"&gt;@sylv_przy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Look like it is a stuck port, the porting wasn't completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were you Rogers account active when you ported?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you get a text from Rogers to ask for your approval and did you reply YES?&amp;nbsp; This is a critical step and you were supposed to reply in 90 mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No worry, as long as your Rogers account is still active, you can still port the number.&amp;nbsp; But you will need to talk to a live support team and ask them to re-trigger the porting request.&amp;nbsp; I will send you the phone number.&amp;nbsp; Please check your Community inbox, envelope icon on top right&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
