Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to change the plan renewal date so it resets on the 1st of every month. Has anyone done this?

@Jerome01 hi no it's not possible, you are on a 30 day cycle so your dates change when there is 31 days in a month

No, it is not possible as billing period is 30 days so payment days varies from month to month. Yes, it will be nice to have fixed date but not possible for this pre-paid service.

@Jerome01 The only option is too manually pay for your plan on the first of the month. If you do so, pay attention to the renewal dates so that your payment doesn't miss; plus very rarely you will have a payment due on the 1st and 31st.
