    <description>&lt;P&gt;My talk and text works and my data has always worked and now it just doesnt. I tried restarting the phone, all that stuff. And the fact that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and only a chatbot and then us supposed to talk amongst ourselves is sickening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im fuqn done with this crappy service at the end of this month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can request to submit a ticket and you'll get an answer from a real person. It's not instant, so you have to wait for a reply but at least its not a bot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you login to your account and click on the little circle in the lower right to refresh the counters? Does plan data show as all red?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have your 4 digit account pin (which you can reset in the account) you can also check your remaining data dialing 611.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or maybe your phone got some kind of update and the settings somehow changed. iOS or Android?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you check available data on self-serving account? Maybe you used all data already. Maybe DATA is off on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM provides support by email only. Customer helping customers works just fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
