      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/245258"&gt;@Jeff16&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You picked a new number instead of porting, right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that is the case, try to reseat the sim card once more.&amp;nbsp; Power down, take sim out for a minute before you put together and power up again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still does not work, try to put your PM sim card in another phone and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jeff16,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem when I activated my Public Mobile SIM card. Not to worry though, give it a few hours and it will work.&amp;nbsp;Like softtech said, if you picked a new number instead of porting it should work. Just give it some time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
