      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/245212"&gt;@sruffell&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you got the code and you reset a new password, right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DO NOT reset it further&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, try to use either Incognito mode, or a completely different browser from the one you were using to login before (Edge/Firefox/Chrome), then use the last password you have reset to and see if you can login&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might work, it could be just a cache issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that fails, open ticket with PM Support and have them to reset it for you once more time.&amp;nbsp; But again, try to login from a Incognito mode (or even another device)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
