    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Public plan did not change on plan renewal date when it had confirmed it would. I have $40 plan currently and wanted to switch to the $41 plan with 4g. Now if I must change it’s telling me to pay again when I had payed yesterday or wait another month for it to glitch again and not automatically change my plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/245191"&gt;@San20&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will take 48 hours to switch over to 4G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to pay for the extras cost to 4G including taxes but you are AutoPay you should be fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
