      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is when the PM format completely falls apart.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when one finds themselves wanting to confirm their data usage but because of a password glitch they are locked out&amp;nbsp; of their account (too many failed attempts, even though I reset my password).&lt;BR /&gt;and they are thrown into a vicious cycle of SMS verification and logins and SMS verification and logins..... etc.&lt;BR /&gt;that is the ONLY time I would like to speak to somone&lt;BR /&gt;But, I will wait.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;how do I get logged back into my account to check my data usage. Please.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter Stock&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;as I said, ,this is when the PM formula completely fails. One should NOT have to wait 3 hours to regain access to one's account.&lt;BR /&gt;one should not have to wonder "what is going on?"&lt;BR /&gt;I don't want to have to actually speak to anyone but I would like a fast resolution to account problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
