      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have a PM PLAN 10.5GB FOR $50. MY BILLING CYCLE STARTED JULY 12. MY PHONE TELLS ME THAT I HAVE USED 5.6GB OF DATA.&amp;nbsp; WHEN I CALCULATE DATA USED UNDER MY ACCOUNT FOR THE SAME PERIOD, IT EQUATES 5.6GB DATA USED BUT I HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATIONS FROM PUBLIC MOBILE SAYING I HAVE NO DATA LEFT AND CANNOT USE ANY DATA NOW.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Some phones automatically turn off data when limit is reached. If data is available to used when confirmed in the self-serve account, it should work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
