Hi I would like a paper billing from the time I started using this number. This is required for official purpose.

Alternatively, if you can guide me to a PDF of monthly bill with my name, account number, and home address that should also suffice.

@DevasisDasgupta Change the name to yours if you haven't done so already. Then go to Payments > Payment History page to download a PDF invoice. This will include your name, account number and Debit/Credit transactions. If you need more detailed invoice, PM CS_Agent can help.

To generate an official invoice that includes taxes, you will need to contact customer service agent. It can take a couple of weeks to generate an invoice.

login to your account and go to profile and edit account info, if you can't when you contact to CSA, ask them to change it.
