    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm unable to create a ticket, it goes to a login screen, but the login button never actually does anything.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to active my plan, while porting over an exiting number and got the error code 821. When I tried again it said my phone number wasn't valid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me with your broken website and activating my phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to submit a ticket request by using Internet Explorer, de-selected the USE above mailing address and typed my mailing address in manually. This allowed me to submit. Hope that all helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
