Cannot get into my Public Mobile account to update. After repeatedly and successfully getting a forgot password text message and successfully changing my password, Public Mobile won't recognize my credentials. Please help correct this, so I can pay my account and reconnect my service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Try dialing 611 to make payment ...you will need to enter your PM pin though.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Then deal with cc issue later.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit'd...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try using incognito mode.Clear your cache files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try different web browser...(firefox works for me)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wait for an hour.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
