    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account got deactivated because I was unable to pay, and whenever I try to add funds to the card it says error, try again soon. What do I do? I can’t verify my account to submit a ticket because my sms doesn’t work because they deactivated my plan, and the website won’t let me verify through account details even though I filled it all out. What do I do??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Accounts that are &lt;STRONG&gt;deactivated&lt;/STRONG&gt; are gone for good. You'll need a new sim to start a new account with a different email address. You can use the same credit card though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit'd...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Deactivated&lt;/STRONG&gt; means account went past 90 days without being renewed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Suspended&lt;/STRONG&gt; means account is inactive and waiting for renewal payment. If not paid within 90 days...then account is Deactivated and closed down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah you want to be careful with that terminology. Do you mean it just got suspended? Or when did you last pay? If more than 4 months ago then yes the account would be deactivated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're just suspended then you could buy a voucher and use 611 to enter it. Or go to a couple stores and do the real time payment method.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
