So just ensuring your account is still in Active status. If suspended, then you will need to reactivate your plan for any addons to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, see&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/68094"&gt;@RossN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;'s post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/189863"&gt;@earthboundgirl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to use a different browser on Incognito mode and check if the data add-on is showing there.&amp;nbsp; it should be there on the front page.&amp;nbsp; Maybe post us a screenshot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you checked Payment history? does it show you paid yesterday?&amp;nbsp; is there another line showing you bought it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check the Available Fund, how much is there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
