I just shopped add-on but it didn’t show up in my account, who knows why? Thanks

Please try this, make sure you logoff from My Account

Wait a minute and launch Incognito mode and check again

If you still don't see the new add-on, then check the Payment History and make sure that it shows that fund was loaded and the add-on was purchased
