      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/234453"&gt;@AndrewOstrowski&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;were you ever able to use mobile data on your current phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are voice calls working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you on Android?&amp;nbsp; if so, please confirm if you have data limit set.&amp;nbsp; PM is running on 30 days cycle while your phone counter is working on monthly.&amp;nbsp; At some point, the cycle date on the device will be off so much that it will cause issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Check your if you have mobile data limit set&lt;/P&gt;</description>
