Can I keep my add-on data after I change my plan.

yes you can keep your add-ons you purchase it, but for promo 2gb free data is will not keep it

when you like to change plan tried other browser and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

and use the down arrow to scroll down, and after do rebooting device.

If you do not have a box below all the add-ons saying Promotions Usage then the rest of the add-ons will stay with you. If you have data in that promotions box then you run the risk of losing it.

Yes it will transfer if the Add-on data was not part of any promo requirement.

eg. Minimum $35 for 2gb data for 12 months…you will lose it if you downgrade the plan.

Or if you upgrade in price but switch from 3G to 4G, while there was conflicting info on this early on it seems to be confirmed that jumping between the 2 regardless of cost will take away your 2GB 3G Bonus data.

All the other stuff though, purchased add ons and gifts/bonuses like the Christmas one, you will keep
