This is new, like someone put the brakes on my service a few weeks ago.

Been a Public Customer for years but can not continue on wasting time trying to open something reminding me of the good ol' dial up days.

What sped do you get? It could be related with introducing 4G so not everything is ironed out.

HI @Maiden

First try to reboot your phone

If still not speeding up, try to reseat your sim card

Also , try changing your network to 3G only (some calls it WCDMA Only or HSPA Only)

And you tried your sim card on another phone just to rule out it is not a device problem? And did you try to use your internet in different area so you can confirm if it is just local issue to where you are now?

turn off device and take out SIM card and put it back,

and check out your APN.
