      <title>Slow Internet?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is new, like someone put the brakes on my service a few weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been a Public Customer for years but can not continue on wasting time trying to open something reminding me of the good ol' dial up days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24174"&gt;@Maiden&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First try to reboot your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still not speeding up, try to reseat your sim card&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also , try changing your network to 3G only (some calls it WCDMA Only or HSPA Only)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you tried your sim card on another phone just to rule out it is not a device problem? And did you try to use your internet in different area so you can confirm if it is just local issue to where you are now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
