I paid $10 to keep my account active for another 3 months as per the contract details. But now when i try to log in it says my account is disabled and my phone number is disconnected. Can you help to restore the phone number ? my email adress is jxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com

@j2emanue, do you have an old legacy account? Otherwise I don't recall seeing an option to keep the account active for $10. In any event, you will need the help of a moderator to resolve this issue. $10 is not a plan, If you have gone more than 90 days since your last expiry date, the account was deleted and the phone number recycled.
