      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased a $50 dollar top up from London drugs and the pin is invalid. Tried online and by phone still not working. So disappointed. London drugs said to contact you guys but there's no contact number.&amp;nbsp; What now i loose out on 50 dollars? What the hell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not all vouchers are active at the time of purchase. Did you ask when you can apply it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will Not lose your $50. I would wait at least 24 hours and try again. If it still does not work, contact agent for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They're 12 digit pins.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;London Drugs vouchers are usually valid right away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
