PM has no app. Fair enough! But, when I try to use the same authenticators I use on Windows on my mobile phone, it rejects my password! I can easily get into my account and the community (as I am doing now) on my PC. However, when I go to the same URL on my cell phone and enter exactly the same ID/password on my mobile, it keeps saying my password is wrong!!! 😞 I know I am not making a mistake as I have taken pains to prevent that and tried repeatedly.

You can also installing a different keyboard app.

To make sure you aren't unintentionally typing all caps or wrong ascii/unicode character set or whatever. What you see on the screen might be perfectly human-readable and normal-looking yet instantly recognized by any computer as containing hidden or invalid character codes from a completely different encoding set.

The built-in keyboard apps are usually good ... but OEMs do make mistakes, and they do preconfigure their software load to accommodate different default regional/language settings, etc.

Softech, you hit the nail on the head. Thanks. I was using the stupid Brave browser, which did not work though I had the shield down for the site. 😞 Switched to Chrome and worked like a charm. Thanks to all.
