I called a landline (BellMTS), and my friend's display showed 'Eventide' and not my name. What needs updating?

@BarbO PM does not send name info to Caller Display

Some people uses some app, like TrueCaller, to look up name from incoming number, check with your friend to see which app he uses. it is a problem on his end, not yours or not PM's

There's nothing on Public Mobile's side to update as Public Mobile doesn't transmit any information about your name during an outgoing phone calls. Your firend's phone is using some type of call identification service (possibly Truecaller) and unfortunately, the company managing that database has incorrect information about your phone number. Only that company can correct this error. Also, as long as your friend saves your name and phone number on the phone/in the phone system (if it's a business), that automatically overrides such erroneous information provided through internet databases.
