      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/244626"&gt;@barbaraegarhos&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;for the text message, you have trouble sending or receiving?&amp;nbsp; or both?&amp;nbsp; You certain it was trying to send or receive on regular sms and not iMessage or RCS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try to send to multiple persons and all have problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First thing to try is to reboot the phone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If issue persists, try to clear cache of the massaging app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If possible, try on another phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
