    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/244600"&gt;@Antenane&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It might be your phone or might be the network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try to reboot your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You tried to reseat your SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have another phone , test the PM Sim there as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And try to change your network to 3G Only and see if the phone connects.&amp;nbsp; If it does, try outgoing calls and try to call yourself&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
