      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do calls keep failing after 3 or 4 min?? I tried fixing the issue, turning airplane mode ON/OFF, checking the SIM card, and resetting network on my iPhone, but nothing has worked so far.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/244557"&gt;@Gilda&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;are you in US trying to access Roaming or you are in Canada?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to reseat the sim card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you have another phone, try your sim card on the other phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, try to test again at another location&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
