I have been a customer now for over a year and still paying 23.10 a month. I should be paying a dollar less now.

@Peppie1 hi unless you changed to the new loyalty program you will see your dollar in your 13th cycle in the rewards section of your account 😁

On the renewal before your 365th day the loyalty will show the dollar. Then it will reduce your cost for the next renewal. ~~Unless you opted in to the new points system. Then you only get points.~~

Adding - nvm the points. You're at $22 now. So I guess that's autopay and maybe a referral.

Loyalty reward kicks in on 13th, 25th, etc. month of service.

Number_of_year x 12_months + 1_month
