      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/244535"&gt;@Inactive_email&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; For now, when you login, you can try to have the 2FA to send to your phone instead of your email.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you get the code, you use the "old" email address as the username to login&amp;nbsp; to update your plan&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course, you still need to change to the proper email address, you will need to open ticket with PM CS Agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Using existing email you can still log in into your account and pay the bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your existing (inactive) email is actually PM's login ID. No matter if it is still valid or not!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the mean time you can contact agent to change your email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
