      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to register your service for the first time and tried to port my number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the process, I cannot find my previous provider which is Phonbox, therefore I could not proceed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
