    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are postpaid you could have just skipped the new number and did a direct port but if you have already selected a new number then follow the steps above to do the port. make sure you have old sim in phone and old account is in good standing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If Koodo prepaid then click on the chatbot on the bottom and contact the support people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Koodo postpaid then log in and use the change number to start the transfer. Leave the old sim in to confirm the transfer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
