      <title>Not Receiving Calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I activated and registered my SIM card about 2 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; I can do outgoing calls.&amp;nbsp; However, I am not able to receive incoming calls.&amp;nbsp; It says "The customer you are calling is unavailable at the moment.&amp;nbsp; Please try again later."&amp;nbsp; Please help me fix that.&amp;nbsp; Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you transfer a number from another provider? If so did you leave the old sim in and confirm a text from them? Is your old account still working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/244289"&gt;@tessandroger&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you are trying to make an outgoing call but you indicated that outgoing calls are OK. Or is that the message someone is getting when they try to call you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your phone and see if that works by powering off your phone then wait 2 minutes and power the phone back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
