Usually how long does it take the number porting from another service to PM?. I already received a text from Bell and my bell number is not in service anymore but my PM number hasn't changed, meaning it was not successfully ported maybe?. It's been 48 hours now since I do the porting. Thanks

Responding promptly will speed up waiting time but expect a reply within the hour of opening hour of business in the morning at 6am eastern although you may get late night service if the overnight CSA sees you are online.

BTW....your bell phone # port completed as soon as your bell account closed.

To contact customer support : Submit a support ticket via SIMon the chat bot Click here

Or if you cannot submit a ticket via SIMon then Click here ....for additional member supplied info.
