My data ran out and i’m trying to add more how can i do that? i’ve been trying for the past days

It's a new system. You add items to a shopping cart and then pay for it. Don't add roaming add-ons if you're in Canada.

@teeko122 hi go into your self serve account and press on plan and addons go to shop add ons you can purchase in there

Log in to your account / Plan and Add-ons...scroll down and click Shop Add-ons. Click the Data tab and make your selection.

I have put money in shopping cart, bought 1 GB of data, I can see that in my account but still cannot access internet, WHAT DO I DO !!!!! I am desperate, my mom died and I need internet
