    <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be a stuck port, if your Freedom account is still in good standing and you have the Freedom SIm put it in your phone and reinitiate the porting request, usually one of those steps missing is the culprit&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently transferred to public mobile from freedom and I have yet to receive a text confirmation from them. I also can’t receive calls and still pay both of the plans payments. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well you did not transferred from Freedom yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You just opened PM account. If you are porting your old number you have to have both accounts active. As soon as you requested port you have to leave OLD SIM in your phone. Authorization request should arrive quickly and you have 90 minutes to reply Yes to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed it you have to contact agent to re-initiate porting. All calls will go to old SIM until porting is completed. You can use PM SIM for outgoing calls as it will have assigned temporary number until porting is completed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
