      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was sent a text offering me a 4g plan 4gb a month for $42.25 but no matter how I try can’t find it even when I click the long form the text I received? Please help. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/182332"&gt;@odonnellcrln&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You need to login to your self serve account (My Account) and select Plans/Add-ons on the left hand side of the account screen, then click the arrow on the right hand side of the page until you see one for $41.25 (not $42.25).&amp;nbsp; You can Change Immediately or Change at Next Renewal.&amp;nbsp; Change Now will start a new cycle immediately and there's no proration for unused features for your current plan.&amp;nbsp; 4G speeds take 48 hours to take effect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
