Did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone? You have 90 minutes window to reply then reboot your phone by powering off your phone then wait 2 and power the phone back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed this step, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you complete the porting process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
