If you do not know it, you have to get in touch with PM gent, explain situation and request from agent to at least remove autopay from that account. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;First type: "Forgot log in information"&lt;BR /&gt;Then Click "Contact Us"&lt;BR /&gt;Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;BR /&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But since you are opening the ticket on behalf, in case they are not resetting the access for you, the easiest way is to instruct the credit card to do a charge back on the last PM transaction.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Once a charge back is made, PM will close the account immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for your loss. While it's an honour, it can be a lot of work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you canceled/closed credit cards in his name? When those are closed then this place can't be paid at the next renewal. Then 90 days later the account will be closed/canceled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
