    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to know can I get the refund, my credit card was charged $23.73 on Jun 30, the phone line in Public Mobile was stopped on July 4 because I ported the line out.&amp;nbsp; From July 4, I could not login the Public Mobile anymore, I could not know the details of my account anymore. What I had prepaid could be refund in pro-rata basis?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;xxx@xxxx.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know of any prepaid providers that prorate upon exiting. There are no refunds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope...read the T&amp;amp;C's regarding refunds. As PM is a prepaid service they won't refund your 23.73. You actually needed your account to be Active so you could port your number to new network...so you actually got your moneys worth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit'd..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;clipped from Service Terms...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ending your services with Public Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can I cancel my service at any time?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes. To cancel your service, contact Public Mobile with the date you want the cancellation to be effective.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can I take my number to another provider?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes, you have the right to take or “port” your number to another Canadian telecommunications company.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can I receive a refund of unused credits if I cancel my service?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Service credits added to your account are&lt;STRONG&gt; non-refundable&lt;/STRONG&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/235314"&gt;@cherrylamoc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You already ported the line out, what you need to check from My Account anymore?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the line is ported, account will be closed and PM won't charge you again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, you ported your line out a week after your new cycle, but that is not a system error on PM side, hence, you are not eligible for refund in such case&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
