      <description>&lt;P&gt;Changed provider. Stupidly ticked port the phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Text, apps, voicemail retrieval all works. Phone is not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;answerable and does not ring.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/244044"&gt;@Peteski68&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone does not ring, check your setting to see if Do Not Disturb is enable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is, just disable DND setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, put the SIM into another phone to see if it works. If it rings, good chance it is your phone that is the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
