      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224529"&gt;@ESC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;were you using your phone or Tablet to access My Account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please use your desktop or laptop for now as there is a problem with credit card/payment when accessing on phone/tablet.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Using Desktop/Laptop will be the workaround until the issue is fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used desktop to update my credit card info before the expiry date.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile today suspends my account due to no payment.&amp;nbsp; I tried to reactivate the account and made payment, it gave me a message:" something is wrong, try back later"&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Does anyone has the Customer Service Agent telephone number or email address?&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
