      <title>Data plan doesn't work, "no internet connection"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I am outside, away from my home internet and in my car, my phone says "no internet connection". I try to get the internet connection but I simply can not get it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do to get the connection? My profile says I had the internet connection because my data plan says it is used up, yet, my phone says&amp;nbsp;"no internet connection", and when I go to Google to write something, again, it says&amp;nbsp;"no internet connection".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this keeps up, I'll have to change providers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody help, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the area in the middle of your account page is showing a solid red bar and 100% used then you've used all your plan data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no throttled unlimited here. Data just stops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can buy data add-ons or ask the support people to do an early renewal or change plan immediately to a new plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You USED UP all your data. Check your account (NOT while driving) and if you do not see any reference to data allowance, you used up it all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always buy data add-on and continue connecting to Internet until next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
