Hi, I have $5 of funds on my account, would I be able to put that into my next payment cycle? and if I can't would I be able to refund it to my card?

@Ninachen leave it there in your My Account, it will be used for your next renewal. After the $5 available fund and the rewards are applied, PM will then take the rest of the money from your credit card (assuming you have Pre-authorized payments setup)

Additionally...you can use that $ towards buying add-ons also.

There is no refunding back or "cashing out". Would be super cool if we could. Not gonna happen. Your join date is after late January so you're likely on the points system. Is that an RAF reward?
