      <title>I can not pay my bill</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to pay my bill with a credit card, but when I put the expiration data it gives the error that the date format is not acceptable while I am putting sth like 04/25 for April 2025 as MM/YY format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan has been suspended because of this issue from yesterday and it is really annoying because my previous problem with changing my credit card info for authorized pay has not been resolved yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Get payment voucher at Shell Gas or Walmart...then dial 611 to apply them to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the PM website stabilizes after recent 'upgrades", you can deal with credit card issue later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im having the same issue. I find it totally unacceptable that I have no control over my account regarding payment method just because the account has been suspended. I was told by CS to use a different browser or login with incognito mode from your device and see if that works.       <description>&lt;P&gt;PM recently "upgraded" the website and has been a vexation ever since. The one process that should be bulletproof is payment...but seems like that is an on-going issue for a lot of customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vouchers until payment issues are worked out...that's my suggestion too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
