      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the past days I have been having issues payment my bills, I only recite a message saying Oooops.... but no solution yet.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Many customers have similar issue as you (most likely minor PM glitches due to launching new account site).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try different browser or contact agent for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We are currently working on resolving an issue impacting our payment registration system. Our teams will have a fix asap. If you need to make a payment urgently, try using desktop instead of mobile or tablet.&lt;/P&gt;
