    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a text this morning(the day my payment was due) and it told me that my plan did not renew due to they did not recieve payment.&amp;nbsp; The credit card has money on it, its not out of date.&amp;nbsp; But there is still an error saying that something went wrong when I click complete payment.&amp;nbsp; Is the service down or is it something on my end&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think that happened to me before and it was just a glitch message. My plan did renew and I did not have any service interruptions. If your phone is still working, I would just wait and see if you get the “Thank you for your payment!” texts. If your phone stops working, then submitted a ticket and they should deal with it fairly quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We are currently working on resolving an issue impacting our payment registration system. Our teams will have a fix asap. If you need to make payment urgently, try using desktop instead of mobile or tablet.&lt;/P&gt;
